Liz Saville Roberts MP congratulates Caernarfon Tandoori on prestigious curry award

Plaid Cymru Member of Parliament for Dwyfor Meirionnydd, Liz Saville Roberts has extended her heartfelt congratulations to Caernarfon Tandoori after the restaurant was named Curry Restaurant of the Year (North Wales) at the 2025 Welsh and Midlands Curry Awards, held at Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Birmingham.

This is the latest award for the restaurant which was crowned Restaurant of the Year (Wales) at the 2024 Asian Food and Restaurant Awards, Indian Restaurant of the Year at the 2024 Nation’s Curry Awards and the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award - a testament to its continued excellence in cuisine, service, and community support.

The restaurant has been a local favourite since opening in 2018 at the former site of The Harp pub, which closed in 2015.

Speaking following a visit to Caernarfon Tandoori, Liz Saville Roberts MP said:
